All of our garments are designed, cut, and sewn at our Cape Town studio. When placing an order with us, we may need to make up your garment before shipment takes place. It is for this reason we recommend expecting a 1-7 working day lead time before your parcel is dispatched.
Please note, due to the South African COVID-19 lockdown, we are unable to process or ship any online orders until lockdown has been lifted. All orders placed before then will be attended to first, once we return to work.
Courier deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. There are no deliveries on weekends or public holidays. Once shipped, parcels going to a main centre will be delivered within 1-2 working days. For parcels going to regional areas, delivery may take up to 2-3 working days.
Cape Town city centre and surrounds
Parcels will be sent via courier to your door. For orders under R800.00 a R68.00 fee will be charged.
For all orders placed to the value of R800.00 and more, free shipping will apply.
Main cities within South Africa
Parcels will be sent via courier to your door. For local orders under R1500.00 a R105.00 fee will be charged. For all orders placed to the value of R1500.00 and more, free shipping will apply.
Regional areas in with South Africa
Parcels will be sent via courier to your door. For orders under R1800.00 a R160.00 fee will be charged. For all orders placed to the value of R1800.00 and more, free shipping will apply.
Orders placed with an international postal address, will be charged a flat rate depending on the location of delivery. Use the shipping calculator when checking out to confirm the price. The parcel will be sent via courier and take between 5 – 7 days to be delivered, depending on the distance from the departing city, Cape Town South Africa.

When something is bought online, the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECT) takes preference over the CPA, allowing the consumer a week to return a ‘change of heart’ product for a full refund. But, the consumer has to send the goods back at their own costs.
For customers within South Africa, items* can be returned to our studio unworn and in it’s original packaging. We require the parcel to be returned to our studio within 7 days, at your own expense. Once we have received it in the same unused condition and packaging it was sent in, we will issue you with a credit to spend online or in store.
* Unfortunately, due to hygiene purposes, we are unable to exchange or return any swimwear items. Please make sure you are happy with the sizes chosen before checking out.
If you are returning the item due to a flaw in the production or fabric of the garment, we will pay for the item to be returned to us before sending you a replacement. If a replacement is not wanted, we will offer you a gift card to be spent online or in store.

All purchases made from outside of South Africa will unfortunately not be eligible for an exchange or return. This is due to the high courier costs of international parcels.
