Do I qualify for free shipping?

All local orders (within the Western Cape) over R500 will qualify for FREE shipping. 

For orders from within the rest of South Africa will receive FREE shipping when spending over R1200.

Can I exchange or return swimwear pieces?

Unfortunately, due to hygiene purposes, we are unable to exchange or return any swimwear items. So please make sure you are happy with the sizes chosen before checking out.

What if the item doesn't fit me?

For purchases within South Africa, you can send the item straight back to us. The item needs to be unworn and in it’s original packaging. We require the parcel to be returned to our studio within 7 days, at your own expense. Once we have received it in the same unused condition and packaging it was sent in, we will issue you with a credit to spend on the site,

For purchases made from outside of South Africa, we unfortunately do not offer an exchange/ return for your item due to high courier costs.

What will the Shipping cost me?

– South Africa

Orders placed within the Western Cape, will be charged a flat rate of R50.00, unless over R500, when you will receive free shipping.

Any other order placed with a South African postal address, will be charged R89.00 per parcel. When spending over R1200, these parcels will be shipped for free.

– Worldwide

Orders placed with an international postal address, will be charged a flat rate depending on the location of delivery. Use the shipping calculator when checking out to confirm the price. The parcel will take between 5 – 7 days to be delivered, depending on the distance from the departing city, Cape Town South Africa.

What if the item has a flaw?

If the item is damaged when received, we will pay for the item to be returned to us before sending you a replacement. If a replacement is not wanted, we will offer you a gift card to be spent online or in store.

Do you offer an alteration service?

We are a small studio and thus enjoy the luxury of making sure our customers are entirely happy with the fit of their items. If you are concerned about the fit of one of the items on this online store, please e-mail us prior to purchase and we will let you whether we can alter it for the best fit.
